By creating an account, whether as a Host or a Guest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with local laws and regulations. VeriStay requires all Hosts to upload a valid Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) certificate before their properties can be made visible to Guests.
Guests must respect the rules set by the Host, maintain the property in good condition, and complete payments through the VeriStay platform.
VeriStay facilitates payments between Guests and Hosts. Service fees may apply and will be clearly communicated during the booking or payout process.
VeriStay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receives poor reviews.
